Family legends of the descendants of Jessie Bradley Rollo:

Jessie Bradley Rollo was from Inverness, Scotland. Her father Dougall Rollo died tragically when the ship he was on sank, and afterwards her mother Janet Bradley "died of a broken heart". Jessie had three siblings; Dougal, Mary Anne, and Maggie (Margaret). After the death of their parents, the three girls were raised by their maternal grandmother Elizabeth Robb. They were reunited with their brother a few years later.

There was also one additional sibling that died as as baby, named either John, or James.

Family legends of the descendants of Dougal Rollo (jnr):

After the death of his father, his mother Janet Bradley drank herself to death. He was raised in an orphanage run by an uncle (not sure which uncle).
